Are you a strong communicator, detail oriented and organized? Are you curious about media strategy, managing relationships with clients and what it takes behind the scenes to bring a successful media campaign to life? Are you proactive, reliable, and eager to learn? If so, Norbella needs talent like yours to join the team. We are seeking a full-time Client Experience Intern. You will perform a variety of tasks that require a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This internship will help you learn the importance of building client relationships and expose you to the dynamic world of media. This is a hybrid position and is ideal for recent college graduates living in the Boston area who are excited about being in a fast-paced working environment. Norbella is an independent media agency which partners with brands to grow businesses. We are media leaders and experts at what we do, but at our core we are true partners to brands.
Responsibilities
30+ hours per week Monday – Thursday at a rate of $18/hour
Hybrid office including in-office days on Tuesday and Thursday
Assist with detail support including creation of project management tasks, media flowcharts, media authorizations, presentations, media buys & reports
Is well organized and able to prioritize and manage tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Assist with various research projects
Assist with the reconciliation of media invoices and resolving discrepancies
Attend company trainings and vendor meetings
Assists with company and office related projects
Learn and work with a variety of research tools and media software
Norbella, Inc is not responsible for the coordination of transportation to the office
Reports to Account Manager
Academic coursework in marketing, advertising, project management or business communications a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and is comfortable learning new forms of technology
